I am delighted to share that through the strategic implementation of a chat-bot function and a meticulously re-designed website, Mignon and Mignon experienced a notable surge in its sales rate, surpassing initial expectations. The integration of the chat-bot enhanced customer engagement, providing swift and personalized assistance, while the redesigned website offered an unparalleled user experience. As a result, the company witnessed a significant boost in sales, underscoring the efficacy of these innovative enhancements in fostering growth and customer satisfaction.

I successfully incorporated a Chat-bot system to enhance customer accessibility and drive sales growth. The implementation proved effective, as it facilitated seamless interactions with customers and contributed to an overall increase in sales rate

After implementing the chatbot, we saw a remarkable increase in sales rate when comparing the periods from Dec 12 to Mar 31 and the current period from Apr 01 to Jul 19. Additionally, both overall sales and website visitors have significantly risen. The chatbot has proven to be a valuable addition, boosting sales and customer engagement effectively.

The most frequently asked question we receive is about how to send a pet portrait. Interestingly, this inquiry has had a notable positive impact on the sales rate of our Animal Portrait Engraving item. Customers' interest in sending their pet portraits for engraving has contributed significantly to increased sales in this category.
